I have you to thank for introducing me to Suno, but I may be turning into a Suno-widower.🤣 My wife is going a bit crazy with it, and 500 credits isn’t enough, obviously. But I know she’s always been musically inclined so it’s a small price to pay to see her happy and be able to create beautiful music.
I use Copilot extensively in my current tech contract, and it is super handy at doing grunt work in many areas. Pure project managers are toast. If you don't bring something significantly technical to the table, the AI will be able to organize things better than you ever could.

I use AI every day to go faster with my development, but because I think AI is a inconsistent tool, that can be very useful, instead of it capable of anything, I was constantly at odds with my last management team, and would probably be on the chopping block at a big company, regardless of my output.
Non-AI-Enthusiast is going to be considered highly AI-resistent no matter how much you use it, or how good at it you are, just by not being Team AGI Now. If you're employed by one of these companies, best to pretend you drank the kool-aid even if you aren't a true believer.
I realized that while writing a book with the help of AI, that I am now entering the Producer category, wherein the producer finds the idea/material, finds a writer to create it and a team to produce it.
The AI tools serve as: a word processor that can suggest structure instead of just formatting, research assistants who help organize and expand existing ideas, and an editor who helps realize the vision more fully. Amazingly effective and fast.
I'm working on something right now, and sometimes I feel like the AI is expanding on the material I come up with, but sometimes I feel like while the starting ideas are mine, the AI is writing and throwing in a few ideas of its own and I'm editing.
With music, it often seems to be almost like "Found Art" in a way. At least it did when I was starting out and not really sure what I was doing.
You can bet your ass that I am going to shout to the whole 7 seas that I have been working on mcp protocols for python in my post master work now that I am entering the workforce and that I am learning how to use AIs. Pray for me if have any spare ses ty! And thanks Vox for this place 👍
Triple AI enhanced. It's not merely good enough to be fluent with one AI. My employees must be comfortable navigating at least 3 to make the AIs triple check each other's work. All AIs have a tendency to randomly go haywire.
Looking to an AI-integrated future is a bit like standing on the brink of a portal to fae, every bit as dangerous and as wonderful as any fairy tale ever imagined - except the entire world is about to be drawn in. I suspect even becoming a hermit wouldn't really be an escape. One can try to flee or fight it, or one can learn to navigate.
Had an interesting experience the other night. Wife and I were having a "caviar night" enjoying the cool evening weather. I used Grok (lyrics) + Suno & producer.ai (formerly riffusion) for the music to custom make some romantic songs for her. I did this in front of her, so she saw the whole thing. She still ended up getting teary and emotional over the songs despite watching me generate the lyrics! I was surprised how affected she was considering she saw me put in about 5 minutes of work to create the music.
Part of the experience is making the songs live with the individual. My kids and I enjoy making our own songs for our outings, and then listening to them in the car. They even listen to the 4x iterations and help pick their favorite one.

Reminds me of my field (professors) and how they are using the union to fight against any AI enhancement, and losing.
Its a new tech. One can learn it or hope its a passing fad.

What the AI-resistant crowd fail to understand about music is that it is all about the end product, not the input.
