It absolutely is helpful. Designed a routine with AI to help with lifting to work around and overcome lower back issues. It didn't fix all the issues but it did get the ball rolling and offered genuinely helpful corrections to the routine based on textual feedback. I took understanding about flexibility and the need for strength and built the routine.

The biggest feedback is that the lower back pain is 9/10th's gone. After years. AND I can actually lift again.

A personal trainer could have done this too for a minimum of $100/mo. But not just any trainer.

Interested in sharing videos with AI to get lifting form feedback.

The biofeedback, I think, is absolutely ripe with AI potential. Glad to see it getting implemented here.

Fascinating, I would be curious to see if there is a gym amateur variation.

There are some but I haven't looked into them very extensively yet. For whatever reason the AI running coaches seem to have taken off faster, or at least been promoted more effectively.

I hope you can tell us more about the fast, if its not too personal. Did it involve dry days? (No fluid) Did it involve drinking water? Or was it mainly food restriction or a juice fast? Did you have one chat about the fast and keep the conversation going or did you make new chat conversations for each issue that came up? Which AI was the best for this? ChatGPT?
